I'm going to reiterate... don't fracture an ankle before being commissioned. It really screws everything up. So I spent today doing tons of errands. I must have maxed out my credit card.. haha. For every half full bottle of whatever I have to go buy a brand new one so it lasts until I get back. Things are starting to accumulate and that is not good because that cuts down on my personal gear I can bring. I have to bring every uniform you can think of because of the combination of seasons and geographic locations where I'll be. I'm going to need a 2 Ton elephant to sit on my seabags to cram more stuff in. Good thing I'm making a box to send to myself. I'm trying to get all packed by tomorrow night. That way I can be ready to go whenever. But really also to be able to hang out with Paul when his ship gets back, Fred, and Katie who is hopefully coming to visit Friday and Saturday. The "hurry up and wait" Navy game continues as I await to hear flight information on a departure day. Fun times..
